The Richter Park Men's Club requires a valid USGA handicap of every member in order to participate in our events. A USGA handicap is provided as part of each membership in the Richter Park Men's Club.
Like all golf organizations, the Richter Park Men's Club expects that it's members maintain accurate handicaps by encouraging the posting of all scores throughout the season. The Richter Park Men's Club Board of Directors reserves the right to manually adjust the handicap of players in our events if we feel the USGA handicap is not an accurate reflection of a respective player's ability.
